Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 7-15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
